Challenge

It's the first time Richart team launched this promotion to attract more new users. The main challenge is to trigger urgency , ensure users can understand the promotional rates and remove any barriers that prevent quick transactions.

Ideation

The product owner only provided the initial concept and the possible entry point for this promotion. I created a user flow to determine all the screens and brainstormed some ideas, such as MGM and flows for exchanging foreign currency. In the end, we chose card B because it was easier to understand the remaining quantity and add scenarios for time-limited bonuses and previews. 

Test

We recruited 5 users for the usability test and I was in charge of prototype, co-interview, and defining usability issues. Though users can understand, we found that the total quantity, original interest rate and period are also kay information for them

Solution

Based on the user feedback, we added the crucial information and proposed the final design. After this promotion was launched, it was sold out within a few minutes.
